These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ze999 ("ze999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ze999 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ze999.app and through the ze999 Android application ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the ze999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the ze999 Platform.

1. Definitions

"Account" means the personal ze999 account created by a registered user to access the Platform. "Balance" means the PKR amount held in a user's ze999 Account excluding bonus funds. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ze999 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they convert to withdrawable cash. "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required by ze999 prior to processing withdrawals.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The ze999 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older. ze999 enforces age verification and will suspend accounts where there is reasonable doubt about a user's age pending successful verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using ze999. ze999 does not warrant that the Platform is available or legal in all locations. Players in Pakistan must satisfy themselves as to the legal status of online gaming under applicable local laws. ze999 accepts no liability for any player who uses the Platform in contravention of local law.

2.3 Registration. Each individual may hold only one (1) ze999 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete registration details. ze999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity (CNIC or equivalent) at any stage.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your registered details current. ze999 may require re-verification if account information changes. Accounts opened with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Closure. You may close your ze999 Account at any time by contacting support. ze999 may close or suspend an Account if you breach these Terms, fail KYC verification, or are suspected of fraud or prohibited conduct.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ze999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ze999 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency accounts, or third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ze999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, within one (1) business day for mobile wallet methods and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. ze999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. ze999 complies with anti-money laundering principles. Large transactions or unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may be flagged for enhanced due diligence. ze999 reserves the right to suspend transactions and accounts pending AML investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. ze999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet while wagering, expiry date, and maximum withdrawable bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports bets may carry reduced or zero contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Bonus Funds are intended for genuine entertainment purposes only. ze999 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close accounts where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or wagered in bad faith, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, multiple accounts claiming the same promotion, and coordinated bonus exploitation.

5.4 Withdrawal of Promotions. ze999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of modification will be given reasonable notice of changes.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on ze999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino results are determined by physical outcomes in a controlled studio environment and are streamed live to players. ze999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, ze999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's Balance. ze999 accepts no liability for any consequential loss arising from game malfunction.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ze999 are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. ze999 reserves the right to postpone settlement, void markets, or apply Rule 4 deductions where circumstances warrant. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ze999 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account per individual or household
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the ze999 Platform
• Exploiting software errors or undisclosed vulnerabilities in games
• Collusion with other players in any game or betting market
• Fraudulent chargebacks or dishonest payment disputes
• Any form of money laundering or use of ze999 to process unlawful funds
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Allowing underage individuals to access or operate your Account

8. Responsible Gaming

ze999 is committed to the welfare of its players. 18+ only. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of time spent in an active gaming session.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ze999 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of winnings resulting from game malfunction, network failure, or circumstances outside ze999's reasonable control; (c) any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by ze999.

11. Privacy

ze999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ze999.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. ze999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments

ze999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their Account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or to address security concerns, in which case they may take immediate effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
